Zeus Engineering Ltd. regularly prepares weld procedure data sheets for W47.1 certified companies for GMAW, FCAW and SMAW processes.  The prepared datasheets are for prequalified joints or unique applications and joint types.  The ability to reference a library of previously qualified procedures allows Zeus Engineering Ltd. to speed the required approval process and obtain acceptable approved procedures in the minimum of time.

Zeus Engineering Ltd. also prepares welding procedure specification (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR) to the requirements of ASME section IX.  The preparation of these procedures includes the required physical testing as well as their reporting.  Materials tested are currently limited to groups P1 and P8.
